FoundryPass membership terms

Plain-English summary first; the short version is the real spirit of the deal.

What the membership includes

An active FoundryPass unlocks the full versions of the Maker Foundry apps listed on the site (currently TumblerForge, PatchForge, ToneSmith including its Photoshop plugin, and the Maker Foundry Settings library). The Master Key (lifetime) tier additionally includes every future app Maker Foundry adds to the bundle. Add-on products or services a future app may offer beyond its core bundle tier are not automatically included.

Price lock

The subscription price at your first purchase is locked to your account permanently, including if you cancel and later resubscribe. Published prices may change for new members as the bundle grows; your locked price is unaffected.

Trial

Subscriptions include one free trial per customer. You are not charged until the trial ends; cancelling before then costs nothing. A FoundryPass trial counts as the free trial for each included app individually.

Existing single-app subscriptions

When your pass activates, individual subscriptions to included apps under the same email are cancelled automatically and unused time is refunded pro-rata to the original payment method.

Failed payments & cancellation

If a renewal charge fails, app access pauses immediately and restores automatically when payment succeeds. Your content in each app is retained. Cancelling keeps access through the paid period. Cancel anytime from the Stripe billing portal on your member page.

Refunds

Master Key purchases are refundable within 30 days of purchase — email foundrypass@makerfoundryco.com. A refunded Master Key ends access across all apps.

Fair use

A membership is for one person/shop account. Each app’s own terms govern use of that app; the pass governs access. Maker Foundry may revoke access for abuse (shared accounts, resale, or fraudulent payment).
